Held since 1994, the International Course for the Interpretation of Lied is led by Wolfram Rieger, professor at the Hochschule für Musik 'Hanns Eisler' in Berlin.
Practical information
- From December 4 to 8, 2026
- The course will take place at the Conservatori Liceu, Carrer Nou de la Rambla 88, 08001 Barcelona
- Repertoire: Four lieder by Franz Schubert and six freely chosen lieder, with special appreciation for including two works by Fanny Hensel or Felix Mendelssohn among the free choices.
- Participants will have study classrooms available for all course days.

- Duos (singer and pianist): 500 €
- Listening students: 50 € (full course)
- Conservatori Liceu students will be able to attend as listeners free of charge.
