The Wolfram Rieger International Lied Course is celebrating its 30th edition, consolidating a trajectory of over three decades dedicated to training singers and pianists in the art of the Lied. Founded in 1994 by the Associació Franz Schubert, the course has become a benchmark for the artistic development of young performers under the guidance of pianist and pedagogue Wolfram Rieger, professor at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler de Berlín.
Throughout the course, voice and piano duos work intensively on repertoire, delving into the relationship between music, poetic text, and performance.
The continuity of this initiative reflects the Associació Franz Schubert’s commitment to excellence in education and the development of new generations of performers.
